Getting There From Thornaby

From Thornaby town centre, take Mitchell Ave, then turn right onto Acklam Rd/A1130. You'll come across two roundabouts. At the first one, take the third exit onto B6541. At the second one, again, take the third exit, this time onto the A66 slip road, then merge onto A66. Take the exit towards Teesside Retail Park, where you will find our B&M store.

Getting There From Stockton-on-Tees

Teesside Shopping Park is approximately 4 miles away from Stockton-on-Tees via car. You'll need to take the A1305 heading south. Use the left lane to merge onto A66 via the slip road to Middlesbrough/A19, and proceed for 1.3 miles. Take the exit towards Teesside Retail Park.

Getting There From Middlesbrough

The total travel time from Middlesbrough to Thornaby is estimated to be around 8 minutes via car, covering approximately 2.8 miles. You'll need to take the A66 and head south to Thornaby. Follow the signs for Stockton, A19 and the airport. Continue on A66 for 1.8 miles, following the signs for Stockton/Airport, then take the exit towards Teesside Retail Park.
