Summer Smoothie Recipes: Super Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 450g bag frozen berries
- 450g fat-free strawberry yogurt
- 100ml milk
- 25g porridge oats (optional)
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
Method
- Blend the berries, yogurt and milk together until smooth enough to drink.
- For a bit of added flavour or sweetness, feel free to stir through porridge oats and honey when serving. If you have any leftovers, bottle up and drink within 1 day.
