Ingredients

  • 500ml carrot juice
  • 200g pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • Small piece of peeled ginger
  • 20g cashew nuts
  • Juice of 1 lime

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Drink straight away or seal in a bottle and drink within 1 day.
