Summer Smoothie Recipes: Creamy Mango & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp coconut milk yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 120g frozen mango chunks
- 1 passion fruit to finish (optional)
Method
- Put all ingredients into your blender and pulse until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass and sprinkle passion fruit seeds on top for an extra zing of flavour. Seal any extra smoothie in a bottle and drink within 1 day.
