Summer Fruits Smoothie Recipe

A delicious and refreshing smoothie recipe packed full of juicy fruits, from strawberries and redcurrants to blueberries and blackcurrants! Follow our really simple recipe for a quick and conveninent smoothie. Great as a breakfast substitute or a filling snack throughout the day.

Serves: 2 cups

Ingredients
- 160g Seasons Harvest Summer Fruits Mix
- Half a frozen banana
- 150g low-fat yoghurt
- 60ml orange juice
Method
- Pop all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until you have a smooth, red liquid.
- Serve and enjoy!
