Ingredients
- 500g cubed beef braising beef
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 500ml beef stock
- 4 tsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 225g mushrooms, quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to season
Method
