Recipe: Reese's Cheesecake Nests

Ingredients

Base
- 240g Rice Krispies
- 600g Milk Chocolate
- 480g Cream Cheese
- 480ml Double Cream
- 75g Peanut Butter
- 120g Icing Sugar
- Various Reese’s products (Mini Cups)
Method
- In a large mixing bowl combine the melted milk chocolate with the Rice Krispies until they are fully coated
- In a greased cupcake tray, spoon 1 tablespoon of the Rice Krispie mix into each section and press in firmly (this should fill two cupcake trays) Leave these to set in the fridge
- Whip the double cream until it forms stiff peaks and then set aside
- In a separate bowl beat the cream cheese until it is soft and then add the peanut butter & icing sugar, and mix until fully combined
- Fold in the whipped double cream
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe over the Rice Krispie nests
- Decorate with a range of Reese’s products and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
- Enjoy!
