Recipe: Peanut Butter & Jam Pie

We are SO looking forward to trying this Peanut Butter and Jam Pie!!

It's great as comfort food while the weather's so iffy - and extra easy to make too!

Ingredients

  • 250g Digestive Biscuits
  • 100g Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 jar Jam Hartleys
  • 200g Sunpat Peanut Butter
  • 3 Cartons Double Cream
  • 150g Icing Sugar
  • Peanut cookies
  • Fresh Strawberries/Raspberries
  • Peanuts

Method

  1. Crush biscuits and melt butter
  2. Mix biscuits, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and melted butter, and press into a flan dish
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  4. Spread jam across the bottom and refrigerate again for one hour
  5. Whisk together icing sugar, peanut butter and cream
  6. Spread peanut butter mixture onto jam layer and refrigerate for one hour
  7. Whisk up cream and spoon on top, then spread out evenly
  8. Decorate! We used strawberry sauce, peanuts and Reese's Snack Mix
  9. Cut up into slices and serve to family & friends
