It's full of chocolate treats and sweet gifts - perfect for showing just how much you love them!

Ingredients

Nutella Truffles
- 226g Chocolate
- 125ml Double Cream
- 30g Butter
- 295g Nutella
- 145g Finely Chopped Hazelnuts
- 250g Store Bought Cake
- 1-3 Heaped Teaspoons Chocolate Frosting
- 200g White Chocolate
- Food Colouring
- Sprinkles
Method
Nutella Truffles:
- Over boiling water, melt chocolate, butter & double cream until a smooth mixture is formed. Take off the heat and mix in Nutella
- Leave to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours
- Remove from fridge and form into balls
- Coat in finely chopped hazelnuts
Cake Bites:
- Finely crumb a cake and mix in chocolate frosting until the mixture can be formed into compact balls
- Mix melted white chocolate with food colouring and coat the balls in the chocolate mixture
- Leave to set in the fridge for at least one hour
Package everything in a nice box with your mum's favourite treats!
