Recipe: Make Your Own World Cup Sharing Dips

Ingredients

Guac
- 6 Avocados
- Half diced onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Mixed Chillies
- 1 tsp Salt
- Juice of one Lime
- 4 Tomatoes
- Half diced Red Onion
- 2 Mixed Chillies
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- Half tsp Pepper
- Half tsp Cumin
- Handful Basil
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 350ml Mayonnaise
Method
Guac:
- Remove avocados from skins and place in large mixing bowl
- Add all of the chopped ingredients to the bowl
- Using a large spoon or a masher, combine the ingredients until you get a creamy consistency
Salsa:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix!
Basil & Garlic Mayo:
- Chop the basil and let it soak in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and drain from the water
- Finely chop your garlic
- Combine the basil and garlic with fresh mayo. Mix!
