Recipe: Giant Bounty

Ingredients
- 400g Dessicated Coconut
- 150ml Coconut Oil
- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 100ml Double Cream
- 500g Milk Chocolate
Method
- Grease a loaf tin thoroughly
- Over a medium heat, melt coconut oil and combine with double cream and coconut milk
- Pour coconut cream mix over dessicated coconut and mix
- Press coconut mix into loaf tin and coat with 100g of melted chocolate - freeze for 3-4 hours
- Once the coconut is solid use a bowl or mug to guide yourself whilst shaving rounded corners for the bar. At this point coat with 400g of melted chocolate and press a spoon lightly on the top to create the bounty top
- Chill or freeze until solid
- Slice and enjoy your Giant Bounty!
