Ingredients

Cookie Dough Fries
- 175g Unsalted Butter
- 200g Caster Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 400g Plain Flour
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 100g Mini Chocolate Chips
- Nutella
- Peanut Butter
- Melted White Chocolate
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together using a handheld mixer
- Add the eggs, beat until incorporated
- Sift in flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until a dough is beginning to form, then add in the chocolate chips
- Divide into two disc shapes, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out to ½ cm thick and cut into fries
- Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until edges are beginning to turn light golden
- Let them cool on wire racks and serve with dips!
