Ingredients

    Cookie Dough Fries
  • 175g Unsalted Butter
  • 200g Caster Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 400g Plain Flour
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 100g Mini Chocolate Chips
Dips
  • Nutella
  • Peanut Butter
  • Melted White Chocolate

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar together using a handheld mixer
  2. Add the eggs, beat until incorporated
  3. Sift in flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until a dough is beginning to form, then add in the chocolate chips
  4. Divide into two disc shapes, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour
  5. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Roll out to ½ cm thick and cut into fries
  7. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until edges are beginning to turn light golden
  8. Let them cool on wire racks and serve with dips!
