Recipe: Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients
- 460g Double Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 450g Cream Cheese
- 100g Sugar
- 70ml Milk
- 400g Bourbon biscuits
- 800g Chocolate Custard
- Cocoa Powder - to coat
Method
- Combine the double cream and sugar then whip until fluffy
- Using a secondary bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, milk, until a smooth consistency is reached
- Fold in the whipped cream mix
- Cover bottom of pyrex dish with Bourbon biscuits
- Spread a third of the cream cheese mixture evenly over bourbon biscuit layer in pyrex dish. Place half of custard mixture over cream cheese; spread evenly. Repeat until full
- Place the remaining cream cheese mixture
- Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight with a plastic wrap cover
