Recipe: Baked Bean Curry

Ingredients
- 1 tin Baked Beans
- 1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 3 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp Oil
Method

Chop the onions and garlic. Fry these in oil until the onion starts to go translucent

Add chilli flakes and all the spices and fry together for around one minute

Add the beans and tomatoes

Simmer on a medium heat for about 15 minutes until your curry is mixed well and piping hot

Serve with rice & naan bread
