Pizza-Bagels

These can be a great snack on their own, but they can also be used as the centre of simple midweek meals. You will need:
- An oven with a grill
- A baking tray
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- Bagels of your choice (half per person for a snack, two or three halves for a full meal)
- Passata (1 tablespoon per half bagel)
- Grated cheddar (20g per half bagel)
- Toppings of your choice!
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Slice each bagel in half across-ways (you should be left with two “O”s).
- Place the bagel halves, cut side up, in your baking tray.
- Spread a spoonful of passata over the cut side of each bagel.
- Add any extra ingredients.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar over the top of each bagel.
- Bake the bagels in the oven for around 8 minutes, then transfer them to the grill for 3 minutes, or until the cheese starts to brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
