No Bake Reese's Pie

Ingredients

Oreo Crust
- 2x 154g Pack Oreos
- 100g Unsalted Butter, melted
- 200ml Double/Heavy Cream
- 75g Dark Chocolate, chopped finely
- 75g Milk Chocolate, chopped finely
- 35g Unsalted Butter
- 150g Peanut Butter
- Peanut Butter Cups
Method

Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix in the melted butter.

Press cling film into a baking tray and pour in the oreo mix and press into the sides and base - place into the fridge for 15-30 minutes

Break the Bournville and Dairy Milk into small chunks and place into a bowl with the 35g of unsalted butter.

In a small milk pan heat the double cream until just before boiling point.

Pour the cream over the chocolate and butter, stir until mixture is smooth.

Heat peanut butter for 10 seconds in a microwave and pour over the Oreo base and then pour the chocolate over the top of the peanut butter.

Decorate with Reese’s Pieces and Cups and chill until set or overnight.
