Mini Egg Swirl Bars

Ingredients
- 200g White Chocolate
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 50g Cadbury Mini Eggs
- Toothpicks required
Method
- Line a baking tray with a baking paper.
- Over boiling water melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately.
- In the baking tray spoon in tablespoons of white chocolate leaving random gaps in between, and then fill the gaps in with dark chocolate.
- Using the toothpicks, swirl the chocolate around mixing the white and dark until you have a swirl pattern
- Crush the Mini Eggs in their packaging and spread over the mix
- Leave to set and enjoy
