Maltesers Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 8 Biscuits
- 230g Cream Cheese
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Maltesers
Method
- Melt butter and grease a mug with it.
- Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix it with the remaining butter and press into the mug flat.
- In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla - stirring until there are no lumps.
- Pour mixture over the biscuit base and smooth out evenly.
- Microwave for 2-4 minutes making sure the cheesecake doesn't bubble over.
- Chill in a freezer for around 30 minutes
- Transfer to a plate, top with Maltesers and enjoy
