Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 8 Biscuits
  • 230g Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Maltesers

Method

  1. Melt butter and grease a mug with it.
  2. Crush digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix it with the remaining butter and press into the mug flat.
  3. In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla - stirring until there are no lumps.
  4. Pour mixture over the biscuit base and smooth out evenly.
  5. Microwave for 2-4 minutes making sure the cheesecake doesn't bubble over.
  6. Chill in a freezer for around 30 minutes
  7. Transfer to a plate, top with Maltesers and enjoy
