Incredible Crisps Recipes: Salt & Vinegar Potato Chip Fish

Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets – or other white fish
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- A generous handful of Burton’s Fish ‘n’ Chips crisps – crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Arrange fish on a sheet of baking parchment. Sprinkle with the salt and then smear mayonnaise over the top of each fillet of fish.
- Cover the fish with crushed crisps, patting gently.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
- Serve with chips, wedges or fries for a cheeky Friday night fish supper.
