Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets – or other white fish
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • A generous handful of Burton’s Fish ‘n’ Chips crisps – crushed

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Arrange fish on a sheet of baking parchment. Sprinkle with the salt and then smear mayonnaise over the top of each fillet of fish.
  3. Cover the fish with crushed crisps, patting gently.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
  5. Serve with chips, wedges or fries for a cheeky Friday night fish supper.
