Ingredients
- 90g kale (remove central rib and boil)
- ½ apple (peeled and cut into chunks)
- Squeeze of lime juice
- 200ml cashew milk
- Ice (optional)
Method
- Remove central rib from your kale and add to a pan of boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add ingredients to a blender (or use an electric whisk in a deep bowl) and blend to desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
