Ingredients

  • 90g kale (remove central rib and boil)
  • ½ apple (peeled and cut into chunks)
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • 200ml cashew milk
  • Ice (optional)

Method

  1. Remove central rib from your kale and add to a pan of boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
  2. Add ingredients to a blender (or use an electric whisk in a deep bowl) and blend to desired consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
