Halloween Rice Krispie Pumpkin

It's spooky season, so why not try and make your very own ghoulish dessert this year!
This super simple bake would be brilliant for the little ones, and tastes JUST as good as it looks!

Ingredients
- 330g white marshmallows
- 200g Rice Krispies
- Orange Food Colouring
- Green Food Colouring
- 2 Packets of Poppets
Method
1. Microwave 300g of the marshmallows in 10 second blasts until melted (approx. 30 sec)
2. Mix in orange food colouring until a rich colour comes through
3. Slow stir in 180g of the Rice Krispies until fully combined
4. Pour into a line 12” cake tin and flatten. Chill for 1 hour
5. Release from the tin and cut into a pumpkin shape, cutting eye, nose and mouth shapes too
6. Microwave 30g of the marshmallows in 10 second blasts until melted (approx. 20 sec)
7. Mix in green food colouring until a rich colour comes through
8. Slow stir in 20g of the Rice Krispies until fully combined
9. Fill in the eye, nose and mouth cut outs with Poppets
10. Serve an enjoy!
