Ingredients

For the lamb kebabs
- 200g Lamb Mince
- Chili Flakes
- Smoked Paprika
- ½ Red Onion, chopped finely
- ½ Green Pepper, chopped finely
- 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped finely
- Parsley
- Salt and Pepper
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- Parsley
- 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped finely
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 1 Large Tomato, sliced
- Parsley
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Lettuce
- Flatbreads
Method
- Combine all the prepared kebab ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until fully combined.
- Make 4 equal sized balls of the kebab mixture. Take a wooden skewer and form your kebabs on it. 2 mini kebabs per stick.
- Heat a griddle pan, drizzle with olive oil, and leave to heat up for 1-2 minutes.
- Place your kebabs on medium heat and cook for a few minutes each side until charred.
- Now, combine all the ingredients needed to make the garlic sauce, and set aside.
- Also, add all the Turkish salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve the lamb kebabs with warm flatbreads, garlic sauce, Turkish salad, and chopped lettuce! Enjoy!
