Guest Recipe: Chikumo's Edible Marshmallow Sparklers

Summer is officially over and rather than be sad, we want to focus on all the fun that autumn has to offer like cosy nights curled up on the couch or all the outdoor fun activities for the family. Bonfire night is a team favourite, so we thought we’d share our take on something we all associate with the night – perfect dipped in hot chocolate for a cosy night in or as a snack whilst watching the fireworks!
- Prep Time: 2-3 minutes
- Cook Time: 50 – 60 seconds
- Total Time: 4 minutes

Ingredients
- 30g sprinkles x 3 varieties (10g each) of your choice, placed into small bowls
- 10 marshmallows
- 50g chocolate
- 2tsp milk/water
- 10 wooden skewers
- Cake pop stand/greaseproof paper
Method
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in the microwave for 50-60 seconds remembering to add the milk/water and stirring after 30 seconds.
- Once the chocolate has been melted, place it to one side and place each skewer in a marshmallow.
- Dip each skewered marshmallow into the chocolate and then one bowl of sprinkles.
- Place the covered marshmallow into the cake pop stand or lay it on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
- Repeat steps 2-4 until all marshmallows are covered and enjoy!
