Ingredients
- 3 strawberries (per person)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- 125ml Prosecco
Method
- Blend the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice to make a syrup.
- Add a bit of prosecco to a champagne flute.
- Pour the syrup and rest of the prosecco into a shaker, fill with ice and stir.
- Strain the glass, and top up with some more prosecco for extra fizz!
