Favourite Festive Cocktails: Christmas Punch

Ingredients
- 75ml clementine juice
- 150ml Benedictine Liqueur
- 225ml whiskey
- 300ml cranberry juice
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 clementine
- 3 sour cherries
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a jug and store for 2-3 hours before serving.
- To serve, pour into a large jug half-filled with ice.
- Leave to stand for five minutes prior to serving.
