Favourite Festive Cocktails: Christmas Negroni

Ingredients
- 70 ml infused gin
- 50 ml Martini bitters
- 50 ml Martini Bianco
- 2 slices of orange
Method
- Add everything but the gin to a small pan and gently bring the mixture to the boil. Simmer for on a low heat for 8-10 minutes, until it has the consistency of a light syrup.
- Take off the heat and leave to cool completely.
- Pour the mixture into a glass container and add the gin. Shake well and leave for at least a week to infuse.
- Strain before using.
