DIY Rice Krispies Square Bars

Ingredients
- 45g Butter
- 300g Marshmallows
- 180g Rice Krispies
- 300g Milk Chocolate
Method

Melt the chocolate over boiling water and leave to cool slightly.

In a saucepan melt butter over a low heat, then add the marshmallows and melt down.

Once the Marshmallow mix is melted add the Rice Krispies and combine, then add the chocolate.

Butter a small pan and press the Rice Krispies mix into the tin, leave to cool.

Once cooled pour over more milk chocolate until you reach your desired amount and leave to set.

Cut into pieces and enjoy.
