Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
- vanilla pod or ¼ tsp of vanilla extract
- Cardamom seeds (optional)
- Frozen mango, or other fruit
Method
- Pour the seeds, milk and vanilla into a bowl and mix.
- Pour into individual ramekins and refrigerate for 12 hours or more.
- Before serving, blend the frozen mango until smooth.
- Dollop the mango on to each ramekin and serve.
