Cadbury Crème Egg Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 360g cream cheese
- 140g icing sugar
- 178g Mini Crème Eggs
- 5 Crème Eggs
- 355g McVities Tasties
- 140g butter
- 568ml double cream
- Half a lemon juice
- 200g milk chocolate
- 120g white chocolate
Method
- Empty the packet of biscuits into a mixing bowl and crush into crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix to create the base of the cheesecake. Empty the base into a baking tin and spread evenly.
- In a clean bowl, pour the double cream and whisk. Add the icing sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, Mini Crème Eggs and mix.
- Pour the mix over the biscuit base and spread evenly. Place in a fridge to chill for three hours.
- Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate and leave to cool for five minutes. Drizzle over the cheesecake and top with broken Crème Eggs.
