Biscoff Baileys Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 Biscoff biscuits
• 1 tbsp of Biscoff spread
• 1 bag of ice
• 1 tsp of nutmeg
• 1 tsp of cinnamon
• 50ml Baileys (2 shots)
• 50ml milk

Method

1. Crush 2 Biscoff biscuits and make a thin line on a flat surface 

2. Melt 1 tbsp of Biscoff spread 

3. With a brush, paint a thin of the Biscoff spread line no more than 1cm thick around the rim of a cocktail glass 

4. Roll the rim of the glass in the line of biscoff crumbs 

5. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the nutmeg, cinnamon, the rest of the melted Biscoff spread, 50ml of Baileys and 50ml milk 

6. Give it a good shake 

7. Pour the mixture into the cocktail glass without any of the ice, serve and enjoy!
