Baileys Caramel Mini Pots

Ingredients
- 1 tin of caramel
- 100 ml of Baileys
- 50ml double cream
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 6 pieces of fudge
- Mint Matchmakers
- Squirty Cream
Method
1. Add 2 tbsps of caramel and a shot of Baileys to a bowl and mix until smooth
2. Spoon the mixture into 6 shot glasses
3. In a new bowl, add another shot of Baileys and 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and mix until smooth.
4. Pour the ice cream mixture on top of the caramel in the shot glasses
5. Chop up the fudge into smaller chunks
6. Add squirty cream to each of the shot glasses
7. Garnish each with shot glass with fudge and 2 matchmakers. Fabulous!
