Need to know

• You'll find our gift cards at the tills of your local B&M.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of initial purchase.
• After 12 months has expired, gift cards are no longer valid. Lost and stolen cards cannot be replaced (this is detailed on the reverse of the card).
• Gift cards have no value until a value is loaded by customers. Customers purchasing cards must pay for the value loaded at the till. Once this transaction is complete, the card is ready to use.
