Kingsgate Shopping Centre Welcomes Brand New B&M Store

Customers in Dunfermline were delighted this morning following the opening of a brand new B&M Store in Kingsgate Shopping Centre.

The brand new store, which has hired more than 30 locals, will allow customers to experience the variety retailer’s great selection of branded and own label products.

With everything from toys and homewares to groceries and pet, there’s plenty of items for visitors to the B&M store to shop.

And store staff were delighted to welcome Dunfermline Foodbank as their VIP, who were invited to cut the ribbon on opening day.

Dunfermline Foodbank are a project founded charity, founded by local churches and community groups who work together to tackle food poverty and hunger in the local area. The charity provides three-day nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to them in crisis.

The store manager said: “Dunfermline Foodbank really stood out for us so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done, and continue to do. We hope that our donation can help the residents of Wellburn House have the best possible Christmas.”

She also commented: “Our colleagues have been working really hard to get the store ready for opening day, and we can’t wait to show customers their brand new B&M.”
