Dozens of Jobs Created at New Clydebank B&M Store

Customers in Clydebank were delighted this morning following the opening of their brand new B&M Store.

The new store has created more than 40 jobs for locals, and possesses a wide range of branded products to purchase, including toys, food & drink, homeware, electricals, pet products, health & beauty and much more.

The new colleagues were tasked with picking a charity to act as VIPs on opening day, and they picked Clydebank Salvation Army Foodbank.

They provide three-day nutritionally balanced emergency food and support for individuals and families in the area, and have been incredible during the past 12 months especially.

As a thank you for all of their hard work in the community, B&M handed the charity £250 worth of vouchers.

The store manager said: "Clydebank Salvation Army Foodbank really stood out for us so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done, especially during the pandemic. We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work.

“Our colleagues have been working really hard to get the store ready, and we can’t wait to show customers their brand new B&M store.”
