Brand New B&M Home Store with Garden Centre now open in Amesbury, Wiltshire

B&M invited some very special guests to the opening of its new 30,000sq ft Amesbury Store and Garden Centre at the former Focus on London Road last Saturday.
The store was officially opened by the Mayor of Amesbury and the Amesbury Carnival Princess alongside Home Start South Wiltshire. Local Charity, Home Start were selected as the store’s ‘local hero’ and received £250 worth of gift vouchers to spend at the new store. After the ribbon cutting, the crowds also enjoyed free face painting and product giveaways as well as the chance to win one of 100 prizes in the golden ticket competition.
Store Manager, James Kew, said: “Thank you to everyone who joined us for our grand opening and made it such a fun day. It was a huge honour to be able to bring more than 60 new jobs to the area as well as help our chosen local charity.”
