Bigger & Better B&M Store for Belfast Shoppers

B&M is delighted to officially re-open its Boucher Road, Belfast store today following a relocation to a much bigger and better site.

Boosted by over 38,069sqft., the new retail space offers an even bigger selection of great bargains from grocery, toiletries and health & beauty to toys, homeware, and DIY.

The relocation into the former DW Sports & Fitness store follows a period of feedback from regular shoppers who said that they wanted a bigger shop with even more products to choose from.

To celebrate the re-opening, the store’s colleagues were asked to nominate a local charity they think truly deserves some VIP treatment for the work they do for the local community.

They chose the team from Another World Belfast Charity to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store. The Another World Belfast Charity create practical projects that help both people and planet.

Their end goal is to provide and manage a central support point for local people who need assistance. They have and continue to supply essential items such as clothing, underwear and toiletries to local people experiencing hardship.

As well as other projects, they have set up ‘swap shop’ stores, which allows people to shop for good quality clothing, for a low cost.

This is all done with the aim of alleviating symptoms of both social and economic equality in Belfast and beyond.

The store manager at B&M Boucher Road, said: “We wanted a bigger and better store for our customers, giving them even more big, branded products.

“We hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store, and we’re really excited to finally have the doors open.”
