B&M Unveils New Store in Fazakerley, Creating Local Jobs and Supporting PSS Charity

B&M is delighted to announce the launch of its new store in Fazakerley, Liverpool, providing a significant boost to the local economy.

Creating more than 20 job opportunities for local residents, the former 13,776sqft Co-Op store is open from today, with customers able to choose from a diverse range of branded groceries at the best possible prices.

They include food, drink, and pet food, as well as a wide selection of quality health and beauty products, homeware, electronics, DIY essentials, toys, games, gifts, and much more.

The colleagues were given the opportunity to nominate a local charity deserving of VIP treatment for their work in the community. The chosen charity is PSS, founded in 1919 with the motto 'a society for any citizen in difficulty.'

PSS is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting individuals to live happy, healthy, and hopeful lives. Their services cater to adults with disabilities, mental health difficulties, individuals in or around the criminal justice system, and families who have faced challenging times.

The store manager from B&M expressed great optimism about the job creation for local people and hopes that customers will be delighted with their new store.

The store manager also said: "PSS really stood out for us, so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done. We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work they do."
