B&M Unveils Expanded Walsall Store
03 September 2022
Leading variety retailer B&M has today re-opened a much bigger and better Reedswood, Walsall store, with over 25,100sq. ft. of retail space offering a selection of premium goods at common sense prices.
The expanded store – standing much larger than the previous one – offers customers an even bigger selection of branded products to choose from, including grocery, toiletries and health & beauty to toys, homeware and DIY.
In addition, the revamped B&M Store has also expanded its in-house garden centre to 10,633 sq. ft., boasting hundreds of plant varieties and gardening essentials to help customers personalise their outdoor space.
To help open the expanded store, local colleagues invited a charity they think deserves some VIP treatment for the work they do for the local community in and around Walsall.
They nominated the team at Acorns Children’s Hospice to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store.
Acorns Children's Hospice Trust is a registered charity offering a network of palliative care and support to life-limited and life-threatened children and their families across the West Midlands region and part of South West England.
Following the store’s re-opening, the store manager at B&M Reedswood said: “Acorns Children’s Hospice really stood out for us so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done.
“We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work.”
The store manager continued: “Our colleagues have been working really hard to get the store ready for opening day and we’re all really excited to welcome our customers through the doors.”
