B&M Shoppers Celebrate Burscough Store Expansion
26 September 2022
B&M Stores is today celebrating the completed expansion of its Burscough, Ormskirk store - much to the delight of local shoppers across Lancashire who expressed wishes for a much larger store.
Officially opening this morning at 9am, the 26,036sq. ft. store now offers an even bigger selection of great bargains from big brands across a variety of departments.
Local customers can expect to find a huge variety of branded groceries for the best possible prices, including a range of food, health and beauty, cleaning, pet food, gifts, seasonal products, DIY essentials and homeware.
There will also be a wide range of quality electricals, toys, games, gifts and plenty more to explore.
Local colleagues were asked to nominate a local charity they think truly deserves some VIP treatment for the work they do for the local community.
They chose the team from Sue Ryder to take centre stage and officially unveil the new B&M store.
Sue Ryder is a charity that supports people through the most difficult times of their lives, whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition.
In line with national health and social care priorities, Sue Ryder deliver the highest quality of patient safety and clinical effectiveness and ensure the highest level of compassionate care.
The store manager at B&M Burscough said: “Sue Ryder Charity really stood out for us so we wanted to give them some VIP treatment as a thank you for all the hard work that they have done.
We hope that our donation can help them to continue the great work.”
The store manager also commented: “Our colleagues have been working really hard to get the store ready for opening day and we’re all really excited to welcome our customers through the doors!”
