B&M Boosts Employment in Exeter With New Store

The people of Exeter came out in force for the opening of their new B&M store on Thursday morning.

The arrival and official unveiling of the first B&M store in the city was a huge success, with hundreds of shoppers passing though it’s doors.

As well as providing locals with it’s usual low prices on big brands, the new B&M Bargains store -located on the site of former PC World on the Rydon Lane Retail Park- has created up to 70 jobs in the city.

This particular employment boost in Exeter is the latest example of B&M’s commitment to help stabilise and sustain local economies.

Simon Wood, Store Manager at B&M Exeter said: “B&M is committed to recruiting from the local area and I am proud to be creating up to 70 jobs for our first store in the city.

“We already have a team of colleagues who are willing to provide great value products and world class service to our customers”.
