How to Cook With Colman’s – 3 Easy Easter Recipes
12 April 2017
Easter is a great time to get the whole family round the dinner table and settle down to a delicious home-made Sunday lunch.
Here at B&M we’ve tried to relieve some of the stress of entertaining this bank holiday, offering 3 simple Easter recipes which really ‘eggs-cell’ with the help of Colman’s Mustard and table condiments.
Roast Leg of Lamb with Mint Sauce
There’s nothing much better than a home-cooked, family Sunday dinner, and BBC Food has a comprehensive recipe for a mean roast leg of lamb with mint jus.
Instead of bothering with your own mint jus, just make sure you have a jar of Colman’s Mint Sauce on hand. You can either dish it out as you please onto your plate, or smother it over the lamb joint before you serve.
Cheesy Cauliflower, Broccoli & Leek Bake
Another really simple recipe from the culinary creatives over at Colman’s. Other than the veg, the only ingredients are milk and a few slices of dry bread, not forgetting the pièce de résistance, a sachet of Cheddar Cheese Sauce and a dollop of Colman’s Mustard.
This is one our favourite recipes, as you can tailor it to your own tastes. Not keen on leek? Leave it out and add more cauliflower. Or substitute it for something else like carrot or parsnip.

Apple Crusted Pork
With the help of dab hand food blogger and YouTube chef Ian Haste, Colman’s have come up with a mouth-watering pork recipe that’s perfect for the whole family this Easter weekend.
Colman’s Bramley Apple Sauce is the not-so-secret ingredient, and it really does make the difference between a good meal and a dinnertime to remember!
