You can also catch the numbers 66, 296 or 396 buses from Newbury Park Station along Eastern Avenue towards Ilford, alighting after 6 minutes at Ley Street. From there, continue along the road until the next right turn, take the right across Eastern Avenue and continue until you come to the retail park.
