Turner & Gray Matt Paint 2.5L - Magnolia

Surface Preparation:
Make sure the surfaces are sound, clean and dry (new surfaces particularly must be fully dry). Do not apply in damp, cold conditions below 10°C. Remove any loose or flaking paint. Where necessary, wash the surface to remove dirt, grease etc. Rub down to remove any sheen then wipe off dust with a damp lint-free cloth. Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear a suitable face mask if dry sanding. Plaster sealer should be applied to plasterboard, porous surfaces, unpainted textured ceilings and new, completely dry plaster. Any surface defects should be filled with appropriate filler.

Painting Wallcoverings:

Not all wallpapers are suitable for painting, so please check first. Always ensure that paper is clean and free from all paste residues.

How To Use:
Before painting, always ensure that all furniture and carpets are protected from splashes. Stir well before use and apply one or two coats with a brush, roller or paint pad. Touch dry in 2 to 4 hours. Allow 4 hours drying time between coats, longer in cold conditions. The best coverage will be achieved when the paint is fully dry. Please do not apply multiple coats without allowing at least 4 hours drying time between coats. Please note this product is not washable when dry.

Coverage:

This container will cover approximately 30m² more than one coat will be required if overpainting a deeper colour.
Precautions: Do not use Turner & Gray Matt Emulsion on radiators and other heated surfaces. Areas that suffer from condensation should be painted with Kitchen & Bathroom paint.

1. How to return an Item purchased at B&M.

1.1. Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.

2. Entitlement to a refund

2.2. Customers are advised that refunds, exchanges, and credit notes will only be given where receipt of purchase is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging. 

2.3. B&M and Heron can only accept returns from the purchasing customer.

2.3.1. When returns will be accepted:

• In the case that a product is broken or damaged without knowing at point of purchase
• If the product is unusable and not fit for purpose
• If the product is not what was advertised or does not match the seller’s description

3. Conditions apply to some products:

3.1. Some products are subject to specific return conditions unless they are damaged or faulty at the time of purchase:

• Audio/DVD and Computer Games: Refunds and exchanges are not available for these items. However, if the product is faulty, you may return it with your receipt within 30 days for an exchange of the same title
• Perishable Goods (Food and Drink, including Pet Food/Drink): Due to factors beyond our control that can impact the quality of perishable items once the supply conditions are broken, these goods cannot be returned.
• Personal Grooming Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics, underwear, or swimwear.
• Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Plants: Plant products cannot be returned unless they are proven to be faulty by the supplier.
• Electrical Goods: Customers have 12 months from the date of purchase to return any faulty electrical items, provided proof of purchase is available.
• Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted for gift cards.

4. Processing Returns

4.1. Once the product has been returned, approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
