Battery Warnings:
Batteries are to be handled by an adult only. 3 X AAA BATTERIES(NOT INCLUDED) Use a screwdriver (not included) to open the battery compartment. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity as shown on the battery compartment. Ensure the screw is replaced to securely close the battery compartment before use. Do not mix alkaline, standard(carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries. If the product is not used for along time, remove the batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are to be charged by an adult. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product by an adult. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Dispose of batteries safely Do not attempt to burn them. Use collection points where available.Remove used batteries from the product. The consumer is responsible for appropriate replacement of batteries.

IN STORE RETURNS
If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.
Customers are advised that refunds and credit notes will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement etc.) is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.
Conditions apply to some products:
- Audio/DVD and computer games: Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on these products. Should any prove to be faulty it can be returned with your receipt within 30 days and we will exchange it for one of the same title.
- Unwanted food or drink products: Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore, perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
- Personal grooming products: For reasons of hygiene and safety, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned.
- Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
- Plants: Any plant product cannot be returned to store.
- With faulty electrical goods, customers have 12 months to return any faulty electrical item as long as proof of purchase is provided. This could be the original receipt, however any other legitimate record, such as a bank statement will suffice.
- Any other faulty return, should be returned within a reasonable time frame with a proof of purchase provided.
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
