LEGO Marvel Spider-Man vs. Venom Muscle Car (76309) is a high-quality, buildable toy-car playset for 7 plus year old boys and girls. This build-and-play LEGO Marvel set is ideal for young Super Heroes, especially Marvel fans and kids who enjoy hands-on adventure toys.
The buildable Venom car toy comes with 3 LEGO Marvel minifigures: Spider-Man with a web blaster, Venom with 4 tentacles and Spider-Woman (Julia Carpenter) with a flexible web that is large enough to ensnare a villain. The Venomized car features a shooter on each side, an accessible engine and an opening cockpit. Venom can sit inside the car by removing his 2 lower tentacles, which can be used to further Venomize the car.
The buildable Super-Hero toy also includes a safe containing gold bars to inspire role-play action between the heroes and villain. The safe can be dragged away by the car, which also includes a compartment for the gold bars. For added digital fun, builders can zoom in, rotate models in 3D and track their progress using the fun, intuitive LEGO Builder app.

1. How to return an Item purchased at B&M.
1.1. Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.

2. Entitlement to a refund

2.2. Customers are advised that refunds, exchanges, and credit notes will only be given where receipt of purchase is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.
2.3. B&M and Heron can only accept returns from the purchasing customer.
2.3.1. When returns will be accepted:
- In the case that a product is broken or damaged without knowing at point of purchase
- If the product is unusable and not fit for purpose
- If the product is not what was advertised or does not match the seller’s description
3. Conditions apply to some products:
3.1. Some products are subject to specific return conditions unless they are damaged or faulty at the time of purchase:
- Audio/DVD and Computer Games: Refunds and exchanges are not available for these items. However, if the product is faulty, you may return it with your receipt within 30 days for an exchange of the same title
- Perishable Goods (Food and Drink, including Pet Food/Drink): Due to factors beyond our control that can impact the quality of perishable items once the supply conditions are broken, these goods cannot be returned.
- Personal Grooming Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics, underwear, or swimwear.
- Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
- Plants: Plant products cannot be returned unless they are proven to be faulty by the supplier.
- Electrical Goods: Customers have 12 months from the date of purchase to return any faulty electrical items, provided proof of purchase is available.
- Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted for gift cards.
