BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries. Do not mix old or new batteries. If the product is not used for a long time, remove the batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed before charged. Rechargeable batteries are to be charged by an adult. Exhausted batteries are to be removed. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity as shown on the battery compartment. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not attempt to burn them. Use collection points where available. Remove used batteries. To remove and replace batteries, open the battery cover with a screw driver. Insert fresh batteries into the compartment making sure the polarity (+/ -) is as indicated. Replace the battery cover. Ensure battery compartment is secure before use. REQUIRES 3x AAA 1.5v BATTERIES (NOT INCLUDED). Open the battery compartment by using a screw driver and the insert 3x AAA 1.5V batteries with the correct polarity. Replace the battery cover in correct position and secure with screw driver. Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle at your local recycling facility. Check with your local authority for recycling advice. IN STORE RETURNS

If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.

Customers are advised that refunds and credit notes will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement etc.) is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.

Conditions apply to some products:

Audio/DVD and computer games: Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on these products. Should any prove to be faulty it can be returned with your receipt within 30 days and we will exchange it for one of the same title.
Unwanted food or drink products: Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore, perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
Personal grooming products: For reasons of hygiene and safety, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned.
Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Plants: Any plant product cannot be returned to store.
With faulty electrical goods, customers have 12 months to return any faulty electrical item as long as proof of purchase is provided. This could be the original receipt, however any other legitimate record, such as a bank statement will suffice.
Any other faulty return, should be returned within a reasonable time frame with a proof of purchase provided.
