Do not use near naked flames. Shake well. Apply the spray mist generously and evenly over your skin. Apply sunscreen 20 mins before sun exposure. Reapply frequently to maintain protection. Avoid contact with fabrics. Do not spray directly onto the face-: apply to hands and smooth the oil onto face. Avoid contact with eyes.

Important Information:

  • Overexposure to the sun is dangerous
  • Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product because it does not provide 100% protection
  • Re-apply frequently and generously to maintain protection, especially after swimming, perspiring or towelling
  • Apply enough product, applying less can lower the level of protection significantly

1. How to return an Item purchased at B&M.

1.1. Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. 

1.2. Our Refund policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Entitlement to a refund

2.1. As not all our stores sell Home and Garden products, we request that any unwanted products are returned with proof of purchase to the original store which the product was purchased from. Wallpaper, paint, flooring & garden centre products - B&M Stores (bmstores.co.uk)

2.2. Customers are advised that refunds, exchanges, and credit notes will only be given where receipt of purchase is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging. 

2.3. B&M and Heron can only accept returns from the purchasing customer.

2.3.1. When returns will be accepted:

  • In the case that a product is broken or damaged without knowing at point of purchase
  • If the product is unusable and not fit for purpose
  • If the product is not what was advertised or does not match the seller’s description


3. Conditions apply to some products:

3.1. Some products are subject to specific return conditions unless they are damaged or faulty at the time of purchase:

  • Audio/DVD and Computer Games: Refunds and exchanges are not available for these items. However, if the product is faulty, you may return it with your receipt within 30 days for an exchange of the same title
  • Perishable Goods (Food and Drink, including Pet Food/Drink): Due to factors beyond our control that can impact the quality of perishable items once the supply conditions are broken, these goods cannot be returned.
  • Personal Grooming Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics, underwear, or swimwear.
  • Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets, and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • Plants: Plant products cannot be returned unless they are proven to be faulty by the supplier.
  • Electrical Goods: Customers have 12 months from the date of purchase to return any faulty electrical items, provided proof of purchase is available.
  • Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted for gift cards.


4. Processing Returns

4.1. Once the product has been returned, approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
