Before first use, open out the mat and lay it flat for 24 hours. Follow this by soaking it in warm water for 10 minutes. Place the mat onto a smooth surface that is free of residue water, with the suction cups facing downwards. If placed on an uneven surface, the suction cups will not engage securely. Firmly press the entire mat down by hand and then carefully step onto mat to tread down and ensure that it is fully and firmly attached to the surface. After use, lift one corner of the mat and peel back. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry naturally. Do not use bleach on the mat. Ensure the bath surface is clean, always remove the mat before cleaning the bath.

If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.

Customers are advised that refunds and credit notes will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement etc.) is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.

Conditions apply to some products:

• Audio/DVD and computer games: Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on these products. Should any prove to be faulty it can be returned with your receipt within 30 days and we will exchange it for one of the same title.
• Unwanted food or drink products: Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore, perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
• Personal grooming products: For reasons of hygiene and safety, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned.
• Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
• Plants: Any plant product cannot be returned to store.
• With faulty electrical goods, customers have 12 months to return any faulty electrical item as long as proof of purchase is provided. This could be the original receipt, however any other legitimate record, such as a bank statement will suffice.
• Any other faulty return, should be returned within a reasonable time frame with a proof of purchase provided.
