Choking hazard. Packaging is not a toy. Remove tags, wires, ties, packaging and any accessories before giving to a child. Adult assembly may be required. The assembly should be checked by an adult before each use. Adult supervision required when children are using this product. Minimum recommended age 7Y+. It is recommended to use old clothes when using this product. Never leave in direct sunlight or expose to high temperatures. Never try to puncture or cut the outer plastic surface of the glow stick. Do not continue to bend the glow stick after activation as this may result in damage to the product and cause the glow stick liquid to leak. The glow liquid may cause permanent staining if it contacts with clothing, furniture and floor surfaces. Staining may be minimised by cleaning the affected area immediately using just water and a soft cloth. Before using check that the glow stick is not damaged – if damaged DO NOT USE. The contents of the liquid are non-toxic. Do not allow liquid to come into contact with eyes. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lens, if present and easy to do so. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice. May cause irritation if liquid contacts skin. If liquid comes into contact with skin, rinse with water. If irritation persists, seek medical advice and take this leaflet with you. DO NOT INGEST LIQUID. If liquid is ingested drink plenty of water - if feeling unwell seek medical advice and take this leaflet with you. Bend and shake glow sticks to activate. IN STORE RETURNS

If you are not happy with a purchase you make at one of our stores, simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement.

Customers are advised that refunds and credit notes will only be given where proof of purchase (receipt, credit card statement etc.) is provided. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging.

Conditions apply to some products:

  • Audio/DVD and computer games: Refunds and exchanges cannot be given on these products. Should any prove to be faulty it can be returned with your receipt within 30 days and we will exchange it for one of the same title.
  • Unwanted food or drink products: Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore, perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.
  • Personal grooming products: For reasons of hygiene and safety, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned.
  • Bedding: Mattresses, mattress toppers, duvets and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
  • Plants: Any plant product cannot be returned to store.
  • With faulty electrical goods, customers have 12 months to return any faulty electrical item as long as proof of purchase is provided. This could be the original receipt, however any other legitimate record, such as a bank statement will suffice.
  • Any other faulty return, should be returned within a reasonable time frame with a proof of purchase provided.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
